Academy Courtyard

The academy courtyard is a large open area directly in front of the Academy itself. This place usually serves as a gathering place for students and shinigami for when they take visits to the rest of Soul Society or even the Human World. It is very plain in appearance, surrounded by white walls with brown tiled roofs, while the ground beneath them was tiled in the same white color prevalent in all of Soul Society.

New arrivals to the Academy will venture through here to the reception area directly through the Academies front doors. It is a plain office that offers students enough information to get around the academy and register them as students.

There was a complete, and utter silence in the reception area of the academy. The
Female Shingami Instructor Jules was at her
desk going through loads of paper work. There was strong breeze as Jules look up she found a old man standing directly infront of her.
The shingami attendant almost fall out her seat but manages to regain her position
in her seat.The Shingami attendant frown for a bit.

As the oldman dress normal black robes with matching wooden sandals along black cane stood directly infront of her.

The Old man smirk a bit then said,"I am looking to enroll my grandson.. he should be here any minute now...." "Thud" the wooden academy door flung open. As a 6ft,and 8 inches tall man enter the area. Ryu was about 258lbs lean
mean,muscles machine. His long yellow-blonde hair stick out like a sore thumb which was a unqiue hair style.
He had two scars along his face from
his many years getting discipline in the middle districts for training purposes.

His light blues eyes scan the area as he walk over to his grandfather.

He said,"Geez, Old
man Arc you are so fast."

Ryu smirk a bit then said," Hurry up would you I am ready to start my training." The old man chuckle a but then calmly said,"
Calm down Ryu don't attract to much attention, but do enjoy your time here!"

The Shingami attendant pull out a few sheets of paper. Then examine a sheet of paper the old man produce a while back. She had stamp the paper for Ryu D. Arc then said," Make a left at down the hall until you reach the lirbary . You will be assign your uniform there along with your weapon and basic guide book. All information you would need is in there enjoy your stay Ryu D. Arc."

Ryu begin to walk out the area when the old man called to him saying," Here catch this, and don't let anyone used it only you for the time being." The Old man flung a old dusty scroll with
the symbol of the Noble Arc crest.
Ryu had caught it with ease then chuckle a bit then said" Thanks Grandpapa Arc."

Anira had attended the call for a lecture with her Trusty Asauchi at her side. She stood in empty courtyard by herself, finding it strange that no one was yet to be there. She was well rested for a change. Her hair was clean and brushed back, her uniform was fresh and didn't have a trace of sweat on it.

"Ew." Hurs said, commenting on the soy sauce in his eggroll. His eyes bugged open and he hurried towards his door trying to see why it was left open. If anyone wanted to start trouble, he was well used to fights and gangster assassinations by now so he really didn't care about getting messed up. If someone stole his money, that would be the part where he would really go off. It was probably just Kaya and/or Jack but the vibe felt different from when they helped themselves to his room. He creaked open the door ever so slightly and it suddenly felt like Christmas.

"Hm~"

An asauchi with a black hilt rested on his desk. He walked up to it, unsure if it was meant to be his, but, low and behold, it actually was. He felt unworthy to say the least. Slowly but surely he unsheathed the beauty from his hilt. He loved Japanese katanas and for a minute he simply admired its beauty. He eventually decided to take his stance and grip like he did with his bokken and took a few practice swings. He whistled after he felt the power of swinging a real sword. He cautiously sheathed it and placed it on his back and then walked for the courtyard.

It seemed this was the place where the students would enjoy their graduation ceremony. It was also the place that held the poorly attended welcoming ceremony, which Hurs had missed due to personal circumstances in a library. He looked around and he didn't see many people about just yet. It seemed like none of his friends had showed up either, they were probably busy trying to beat him at the academy slob competition and sleeping in.

He also saw the cute yellow-eyed shinigami he saw once in the reiatsu training room. He wasn't sure why but he distinctly remembered her even if it was only once, probably due to her unique appearance. He walked up to her and nodded with a smirk.

"Here's hoping they discovered a way to make better cafeteria food."

He clicked his sunglasses.

"Name's Hurs Ulrich, how's life?

Behind his silver sunglasses, he not only focused on Anira but also looked peripherally from time to time to see if there would be a catering service that would arrive with the 12th division members.

There was a gathering of students, some of which will play an important role going forward. And then there was the canon fodder that went along with it. Those that will never amount to much, in fact many of these students will be Hollow bait at some point. The 12th Division was hosting something which made Pluto curious. The Shinigami arrived on the scene, taking note of the people present. He spotted the brown haired Sheila, the woman who was more complexed and socially awkward than he was. Pluto may be an oddity among the students, but Anira was something a little different. Pluto will always remember her, he had her face etched in his memories now. That spar not so long ago was part of the reason for that too. Pluto almost chuckled aloud but managed to keep it in as he arrived. He found the shades wearing person's greeting a bit forced. If anything Anira might find the man too deep for her.

In any case there he was now, eyes on both Hurs and Anira. Pluto had his Asauchi strapped diagonally across his lower back now. Earlier the man seemed to have resigned himself into carrying the weapon in his hand. But that wasn't the case this time round at all. In any case Pluto found himself staring at Hurs more so than he did Anira. Pluto had yet to exchange words or break bread with this man. But for some reason Hurs seemed vaguely familiar to the white haired Shinigami. The broken pieces of his mind was perhaps on the mend once again. Hurs made Pluto curious and maybe it was only natural that this would be the case. What will happen when all the odd ones decide to align themselves with each other?

"Am I late?" the man said aloud while manifesting a soft smile on his face. He was almost carefree in attitude and at the same time he brought an air of uneasiness with him. Only a select few individuals have even picked up on this. And thats because those few were simply paying attention to what was happening around them. Pluto moved into the courtyard taking ip a position not too far away from Hurs and Anira. "I hope this aint a waste of time. I was busy before getting dragged out here". His words wasnt aimed at anyone in particular. He was simply having a moan, as if to say he had far more important and interesting things to do.

There wasn't many senior students it appeared. She was the first to arrive and then other than her two more people had arrived. 3 people? Whatever it was it must be something unpopular she thought. Anira chose to ignore the new arrival who introduced himself as Hurs Ulrich. She was unimpressed by what was delivered. Idle chit chat might have been a thing for him to pass time but Anira wasn't a fan of such idle mind state. She looked at the shadows being cast in the Courtyard, it grew as time went on. The mad man who claimed he had no memory had arrived too his eyes looking about in search of relevant information.

Wherever she went she seemed to find weird people. Perhaps it was just her who was a freak, after all her eyes were akin to that of hollows. She checked the time once more judging at least an hour had passed. She could have very much spent her time studying or practising. Anira reached into her napsack of goods and produced a sweet stick. Small and orange in its color she popped the citrus candy inside her mouth and began to read her notes.

Hurs stood there expecting a response. At first, he was going to deduce that she was a mute but, after popping a candy in her mouth and taking notes it appeared as if she had the conversational maturity of a pouting 5 year old ;something surprisingly common for souls who could be hundreds of years old. In the thirty years he had been in Soul Society, he had learned how to deal with these kinds of people, which was to let them have their treasured, metaphorical corner in the room all to themselves until they decided to not be social degenerates.

"Pfft. Well nice meeting you"

It was such a disappointing contrast between her looks and her personality but, now that Hurs thought about it, people who had a unique look to them were usually insecure or quite the opposite. Hurs then turned to the man who had broken the silence.

"Hey man, this could be boring but maybe if we get our names out there and leave a good first impression we'll get one of those soul flatscreen TV's I heard they have in the 12th."

Eyeing Pluto, this was the other end of the spectrum to what Hurs was thinking about. This guy looked much more wild, but actually had a personality straight off the bat. He was so outlandish looking that Hurs practically recognized him despite not having ever met him before.

Wait, what?

"...Have I seen you before?"

The gathering of the student mass meant that Izanami could simply push herself to the side and await the start of the lecture as she settled. There wasn't too much to worry about now -- running here hadn't taken long at all. A soft sigh came as she adjusted her mask to rub her eyes underneath it without taking it off in the process and promptly readjust to stand tall and attempt to find the white-haired man she called "Husband". He should be here at the moment, no?...

Hell, while she was at it? With a whistle blown out in a soft volume, she went under the natural assumption that her Dog should be waddling around soon as well. Here was to hoping that she could find one of them. The series of strange looks that she was receiving from her fellow "classmates" was beginning to bother her in just the slightest. It was as if none of them had ever seen a mask before, despite the fact that each of them wore a mask more visible than her own could ever hope to be.

It wasn't long after Yomotsu had left the Zanjutsu training ground before he ended up at the Academy courtyard. He searched the crowd for a moment, looking for the one person he obeyed above all else. It took him about three seconds to spot her, and then it was only just a matter of getting to her. He didn't have a problem as most people tended to part away from him when he walked. He made his way quickly, but silently to her side, kneeling down on one knee next to her. He had his right fist on the ground as he awaited her orders. He knew that this alone would attract even more stares, and each stare he gave back a more feral looking one, causing some of the other students to turn white, and some to turn and walk away quickly.

"I am here as you have summoned Mistress. What can I do for you?"

His words, so few, were spoken with conviction, as a Paladin might speak to his king and queen.
It was clear that he was ready for anything, even if he had to fight every student here to protect her. Till then, however. He would remain passive as he awaited her words. He also wondered where the being she had become attached to had gone. He knew Izanami didn't like being away from him for long, as he didn't like being from Izanami either.

After the bar fight Kaya had been in he had been a little more open to checking academy events. Since he was bored as hell and there was at the time he decided that he might as well go. It was just a hunch but Kaya had a feeling he would once again run into THAT man again, yes THAT man who had caused him so much trouble since the day that he met him. It was not only bad enough that no matter what they seemed to be doing he always ended up fighting, but the true terror was the consistency of his appearances wherever Kaya went.

Well there was probably no reason to worry, a guy like that wouldn't to show up to some boring courtyard event. However the moment he thought that he ended up walking into someone due to him not paying attention.

"Oh man I'm sorry about that I was- oh no."
His worst fears had been realized, it seemed that escape from this man would prove to be impossible.

"Name you say? That is called Anira, and this one is called well erm..Pluto? Yes, lets roll with Pluto". [/b]The white haired crimson eyed man reply. His right index finger was pointed in Anira's direction, when making the bold reference to 'That'. Will she take offence? Maybe not, but if she did, it would be most amusing to see her reaction. Anira must certainly loathe the fact that she was stuck with a bunch of unknown personas. And this is exactly what Pluto is at this present moment in time. He is the known unknown, the one that people know but doesn't actually know. [b]"Hurs Ulrich" The man said in a low tone, as if contemplating just who this Hurs Ulrich was. Pluto's eyes narrowed a little, now focusing on Hurs with a rather intense look.

Strangely enough Hurs proceeded to ask another question of Pluto which was most fitting. While Hurs was trying to deduce if he'd seen Pluto before. The man standing opposite was absolutely certain he knew Hurs from a long time ago. "I am now asking myself that question too. I feel like we've known each other a while. But that's impossible, right?". The Shinigami question while noticing that certain other individuals were beginning to arrive on the scene. A tumbling soul almost interrupted everything. But it was of no consequence at this point in time. It should at least provided some amusement for those gathering in the court yard. Glancing around, Pluto spotted Izanami, and it seemed her dog wasn't far away.

How the hell was he suppose to get Izanami by herself? Just imagine both of them having some private adult time. That Yomotsu creature will probably stand guard outside. Now that was a particularly strange dynamic to have. And Pluto had since considered what their relationship must be like. Was it obligation? Was it love that drove him to chase after her like a little pup? This apparent loyalty was perplexing to Pluto, but before he could get carried away thinking about those two. The fractured mind soon glanced over at Hurs, but no words were spoken. But his facial expression asked the question. And the question was Is he with you? This was made in reference to {Kaya} this time round.

Meanwhile the man was beginning what the ins and outs of this gathering might be. Hurs mentioned something about 12th division flatscreen. Like, what in the blue was one of those things suppose to be? A screen that's flat?

The turn up was still relatively small proving her previous notion of this so called event not being popular. However considering how it had been earlier there was considerably many more people now. So to speak it was more than double. For one the white haired was there, his lovely wife in her high heels and peculiar mask and of course the so called dog of their family. These were the people she knew and from experience she really didn't want to get to know the the first comer and the new comer seeming to dread the appearance of the white haired man who now wished to be called Pluto. So he had found his name.

Her eyes had wondered to the first man, who had tried opening up a conversation with her. He had a bit of pout about him clearly annoyed and his confidence hurt by Anira's lack of interest. Really, the mask was one thing, a way to conceal but a sun glass was to hide. Anira was referred to as 'THAT' and stifled a laughter and causing her sweet stick to pop out and crack on the floor. Her left hand covered her mouth. That was more like it, lately people had lost the balls refer to as anything but a soul. She had almost missed the feeble attempts of trying to hurt her, but it had been long since she wore the insults like armor.

Anira put away her notes, what the hell it was a nice day. The sun was out riding high yet far enough to only embrace them with a warmth. The occasional wind carried the plumes of clouds as they shadowed like passing sky ships. Anira smiled privately, enjoying the moment. A bit of relaxation never hurt anyone, maybe she was too withdrawn from anything other than her. She looked at everyone for the first time, they were all souls like her, different in their heart and skin but they were still the same. Everyone had an Asauchi the same as her, they were all roughly in the same spot as of now. Except of course the terrified boy.

Anira lifted her hand up waving it to Izanami. Something about her made Anira feel a connection. As if they had always been friends. Maybe it was the mask, the lack of face made them different from all the other students. The mask didn't bother Anira, it was kinda cool. Many girls were busy putting on makeup Anira herself gave no damn and this girl too didnt seem to give a damn what people thought about her.

Takezo waltzed into the courtyard out of the main gates of the Academy. His bokken now replaced with an asauchi after a quick stop by the library on his way to the courtyard, it seemed a handful of students had gathered. A few familiar faces as well as a few strange ones as well.

"Howdy everybody!" Takezo said aloud, addressing everyone present as he walked down the steps to join the group.

"Whats going on?"

He moved through the crowd carefully before stopping beside Anira, the the young woman with a volatile temper and altogether sunny disposition.

"ANIRA, long time no see eh? Did you ever get the orb training down?"

Takara walked through the academy doors, right after the boisterous man, in a way she used his shadow to hide herself from prying eyes as she made her way down the the courtyard and towards the back of the group.

She didn't consider herself a senior student, as there was much she needed to learn before graduating but she was advanced enough to put head and shoulder above most other students. The people gathered here were the elite students of the academy, and it was something to be among their number.

She crossed her arms and waited at the back of the group, she had only been here a short while, but she was impatient to begin whatever this lesson was.

Hurs said chuckling at Pluto. The newcomer seemed to have his own mysterious but amusing style to him. He saw Anira cough up her candy and laugh. Hurs shook his head from how damned insecure she seemed, although he couldn't help but feel shot in the stomach from getting the cold shoulder so quickly after having done nothing to warrant it. He turned back to the more interesting question on his mind,

"It is man. I think it's probably one of those mental association things where I met someone like you or various parts of people in Rukongai and you are an accumulation of them all and it seems like deja vu, but it really sticks with me... like I seriously should know who you are... are you famous or somethi-?"

Suddenly, some one bumped into Hurs out of nowhere due to an extremely quick gathering of crowd.

"Kaya, you son of a bitch! I haven't seen you around in forever, heheheh. Have you been hiding or something?" Hurs said with a glint reflecting off his sunglasses from the sun. He picked Kaya up by grabbing him at the collar with one hand aggressively and patted him strongly on the back. Kaya would notice the force of the pat was visibly stronger.

"Ope, sorry man I've been working out a lot you know. This is Kaya, he and I already dished out some justice while partying last week -was pretty crazy- and he and I are thinking about joinin the 6th division to really hammer Rukongai into shape. Isn't that right Kaya?"

Hurs said with a grin, knowing that Kaya was another one of those reclusive types. He then noticed two rather young looking adults or teen kids causing a scene: a masked woman and a bodyguard. Nobles always seemed to live unintentionally amusing lives, although he would never want to be one.
Finally, an extremely tall man walked over who seemed to be the most similar to Hurs in getting around.

He seemed to already have a familiarity in his voice with Anira. Maybe they were a couple-in-training?

"Woah! You want to fight?!"

Hurs said jokingly over the man's naturally intimidating appearance.

"Hello everyone!" A man said, stepping forward from a group of people that had appeared as suddenly as the last two students joined the group. Shunpo was a convenient way of travel The group were all dressed in traditional shinigami attire with he addition of white lab coats with a 12th division symbol marking them on the right shoulder. 13 members in total, most of the shinigami looked quite bland, their faces betraying very little.

The man that was speaking was however, was interesting looking to say the least. Light green hair, several facial tattoos, and a belt full of odd trinkets and devices. He wore a peculiar pair of glasses that looked as if they floated directly in front of his face. It was an odd look, but a memorable one.

"My name is Hideo Katsura, 3rd seat of 12th division, and these fine fellows behind me are of little consequence." Hideo said, smiling as he looked at the small crowd of people.

"Not a bad crop this time around." He thought, observing them with an analytic eye. The reiryoku levels were on track with what was the norm for their class possibly even higher for a few of them. A few moments passed in an odd silence before he continued.

"First things first... INTRODUCTIONS please! Go ahead and tell me who you guys are and which divisions you think you'd be interested in joining! Go on now, don't be shy!"

He pulled his zanpaktou free from his belt, sheathe and all and used it as one would use a staff. Placing two hands atop its hilt and resting his arms on it. It was a simple in decoration, with nothing but a red hilt to distinguish it from most ordinary asauchi.

Hideo simply smiled and waited, now it was time to get a sense of who he was dealing with this time around.

"Good, at least she has a sense of human. Us freaks gotta learn to see the funny side of things". The man thought to himself while allowing a small smirk to manifest itself. Now that there was a bit of a chit chat, Pluto felt as if everyone was suddenly becoming more comfortable. The silence prior to his arrival must have been deafening, it sure seemed that way. Could that be the reason for Hurs attempting to engage Anira in conversation? Then again the man could just be that friendly person that likes to meet and greet and possibly get a little rowdy. For but a moment, Pluto caught glimpse of Anira waving in Izanami's direction. The man was glad that Izanami was somewhat popular, and had other people around beside himself and servant wolf.

Another familiar face soon arrived on the scene, a man known to Pluto as apple eater. Not only that but the man was also a liar, but Pluto did not begrudge him of anything. "Here we go, mister big bold and definition of imbecile. I wish he'd stop failing". the man remarked making reference to Takezo. The white haired man also took notice of the young woman arriving on the scene too. Was she trying to sneak into the party? Pluto was curious about the girl, but not in a romantic way at all. Strangely enough Pluto was certain that Izanami wouldn't appreciate it, if the man harbored such feelings towards another. Snapping back to Hurs, after having drifted off a little. Pluto picked up on the man's remark about him being famous, something the man found amusing.

"Famous? Heh, what gave it away? Is it my charm and dashing good looks?". he man said jokingly while nodding in response to the words that came from Hurs. In some ways Hurs seemed somewhat hyperactive. Only time will tell if this was in fact the case. Yes indeed there was something about Hurs which brought forth some amusement. He was quite frankly the life of the party without even realizing it. Pluto soon nodded in Kaya's direction now that Hurs had introduced Kaya. The two sounded like they were real busy, especially when it comes to dishing out justice. There was also the mention of a possible division in which to join. Hurs and Kaya seemed certain, but Pluto hadn't given it any thought at this point in time. He was currently on a mission which involves him doing some soul searching.

Besides, Pluto wasn't quite sure who he was, so there was no way for him to make such a decision. It would be foolish of him to do so now. Before Pluto could even respond, another voice echoed throughout the area. And strangely enough, majority of the group fell silent, giving this individual their attention. The man whom spoke was not alone it seems, since after taking the time to count the others. There was at least thirteen of these Shinigami men. Black attire and lab coats, most definitely the science division of the Gotei. Could the 12th division be the place for Pluto, again he did not know at all. The 3rd seat of the Pluto lead a group of body guards, and using his powers of deduction. One could safely say this Katsura person was in charge of everything at the moment. The question of introductions and future plans went unanswered, since Pluto wasn't yet certain of how to answer such a question. The man instead chose to remain silent, and be at peace with his current disposition.

Hurs moved his way to the front, turned, and then bowed to the group assembled there.

"Good morning! I am Hurs Ulrich. I am basically a product of many failures and dreariness in this life and the previous one in the human world, despite what it may seem, so I really didn't have many expectations coming into the academy. But now that things are actually working out so far, I believe that this is the job for me. I want to truly make a difference in the community in Rukongai as well as Soul Society, so I will be joining the 6th. Just know that if you stand up for what is just and right I got your back. Pleased to meet you all!"

Hurs smiled and went back into the crowd to allow others to step up.

He had two scars along his face from count less battles. He stood taller then most of the other shingami and he was sporting 3 blades on his right hip each was sheathed.

He examine the area closely as he just arrived moments for Jin himself Ryu made no sudden movements other then scanning the area around him closely.

Jack groaned as the announcement came over the academy. Some kinda meeting was going in apparently. A night of binge drinking and fighting had left the student feeling like somebody had stuck a hornets nest in between his eyes. Jack rolled back over and tried to sleep but the sounds of the daily grind were filtering through his window.

"Fine... fucking fine..."

Jack flailed in his bed as he protested having to be up so early. Another five minutes and the man was on his feet, taking his time to make sure his uniform was properly in line and tidy. Jack then meandered with his usual swagger, out of the dorns and towards the courtyard. A quick scan and he was able to locate Kaya and Hurs with relative ease. While he seemed to have shown up late, Jack always managed to make an appearance at the right time.

"I'm Jack Barlow. I reckon I'm lookin to join the 6th division myself. I figure if I'm going to make myself strong, I might as well do something useful with that power."

Jack gave a nod of his head to the others as he introduced himself. He stepped over to the side to listen to the others introductions as well.

Now after long past the promised time the officials came. They were dressed like a full fledged Shinigami with their black gi and hakama. However these shinigami were different in wearing white lab coats. The white lab coats were the key signifier of the 12th division, research and development. Introduction were in order and each person present took turns giving their name and their desired division. Hmm, Anira had never thought about a division but she knew the 12th division wasn't for her. It appeared the 6th division was the most popular division, all these students wanting to give back to Rukongai. Anira herself was born and raised somewhere in the outer districts of Rukongai. She wondered if that scum of a settlement could ever be brought to peace. She was of course referring to the lawless outskirts where murder and plunder was as common as their street urchins. She for one would never want to go back there and what had it given her other than misery for her to give back to it. She supposed she owed her hardness to that place but it was something that she had found herself.

Slowly it came to her turn, after lazily blinking once she began. " Anira Kuja, North District Rukongai HachiJu. Hmm desired division. Nothing comes to mind yet." and that was it. Her mind was what was spoken and that was the end of it. Their had been the 11th division but her new found fondness for Bakudo might be have disqualified her, 12th and 6th were not her cup of tea. Their was the command division but seldom people were picked up straight from the academy for the commanding. 2nd was also another popular place but killing without question for a living? hmm. Anira began to remember all the divisions and what they each did. Internal Policing sounded fun, maybe that would be her choice.

More people walked in and Anira noticed the abundance of foreigners in this very Eastern Society. One man had strapped three blades to his waist, only one of the Asauchi would bloom to be a Zanpakuto. Such was the both lore and law of the Zanpakuto. One Asauchi might sprout to be a twin Zanpakuto or even triplets but never did three separate Asauchi become to three separate Zanpakuto for a single owner. Yet it was the style of the man and Anira found it interesting. Sandoryu it had been called, employing three blades to over power their opponents.

Santoryu a rare technique using three blades one in each hand and one in the mouth Ryu D. Arc grandfather Dragon D. Arc have pass down ancient scrolls of the Arc family line these scroll the information of learning Arc techniques which include disabling targets. Through the use of pressure points or killing intent . Ryu D. Arc was given one Asauchi but he manage to convince the librarian two extra katana for training purposes. Maybe his zanpakuto will warp into three blades as he wish.

But for now this would have to do. Ryu had study the area closely then seen a girl. He took a few steps forward as he close the distance between both him and the female. Once he was near her he would say,"Fine day isn't it?" He had fold his arms as he waited for the Anita to reply . He had though to himself," I could be studying Kido,and Zanjutsu. This Shit better be worth my time geez. These fuckers never on time "

"My name IS Takezo Murata! And i haven't made a decision on which division suite me best yet..." Takezo said, raising a hand to denote who was speaking before putting it back down again. He hadnt put any real thought into which division he wanted to go yet, but he did know his talent lay outside of kidou. It was overly complicated and not something he had the focus to learn when given time.

He was only one of a handful that had said anything yet, and at the moment it seemed they wouldn't. There was an odd silence that followed each individual as they waited to see who would speak up, though ignoring the shinigami didn't seem like the best plan for them either.

Regardless, he would wait patiently until the lesson commenced.

"... My name is Takara, and I'm unsure of which division I'll join as well." Takara said simply, talking through her scarf rather than perking up and making herself known. She had a fondness for kidou, but she also enjoyed hitting things with her fists equally as much. Swords were bulky and at times unwieldy given specific circumstances. In her mind it was better to rely on her own gifts rather than tools.

Takara hadn't moved from where she had originally taken place and she didn't have any intention of moving around now. They were asked for introductions and some of them had complied, other had not. It would be interesting to see how the shinigami took this, as one with his rank probably wouldn't take kindly to being ignored. Or perhaps nothing would happen. It was an odd situation regardless.

Kicking up a bit of dust where she stood, Takara waited patiently for the lecture to commence.

Her digits ran through Yomotsu-Inu's hair when he arrived at her side, a small wave to the one known as Anira as her head tilted. ...She was the one that struck her beloved, no? A crack of her neck from the sharp jerk of it forced a student away from her for a moment as she regarded the thoughts circulating in her head. ...There was so many things that she would need to do before the day ended, it seemed...

"A lesson is to take place here. Obey the rules and listen closely. You may stand."

A pat of the male's head led to Izanami staring out through the vast sea of squirming maggots and spotting Jin. It wasn't a hard process to systematically move her way past student after student until she reached his spot and wrapped one of her arms around his while leaning closer against his side. Whether Yomotsu followed her or not was of his free will and choice. She, for the moment, was going to settle on watching the beings -- the sparrows dropping off scraps for those writhing to sprout wings like they did -- inquire of the future hopes and dreams of all of the students around. ...Division...? She'd no need to consider it, of course. Izanami had made her decision from the moment that she'd joined the Academy, and it wasn't anything terribly hard to consider with all things given. She was hellbent on following Pluto wherever he went, and she'd surely go to the same Division that he went to as well for a fact (even if it needed to have someone suffer from an 'accident' in order to make it happen).There was no need for her to even speak up for that -- it was something that she considered obvious in her mind.

Ah, and she should also make due with good manners as to greet her Husband before turning back to the voices echoing out their introductions and the like-

And for all that was holy, could something neuter the man complaining so loudly near Anira? It was beginning to form a mass in her attention that wanted to devote itself to slowly carving out his ballsack and ensuring that a thing of that man's kind would never be able to breed. Ahem, on with acknowledging.
