Only required to do this when one is trained for Shikai/Bankai Feel free to do before hand.

ZANPAKTOU- (your name here.) registration.

this is the basic format we would like you to follow, you will be allowed to deviate from this where necessary, such as not having three abilities, maybe having less or more.

Stages are basically the abilities or effects your zanpaktou will have. Stage one will automatically be available to you when you achieve shikai, but you will have to train in order to achieve the other two.
Basically, you will be allowed to train them as you move up the power chart.
